TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration is possible exclusively through the online registration system. It will not be possible to register on the day of the Workshop. The registration closes on the 15th October 2023.
Participation in the workshop will be limited, places will be allocated on a first come first-served basis.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if, by the 14th July 2023, participant subscription level is below a sustainable/viable number, the organizer will inform participants no later than the 15th July 2023. In the case of cancellation, the organisers will reimburse the participants’ registration fee in full, but shall not be responsible nor liable for any costs and/or expenses incurred as a result.
Fees for congress participants include:
- Attendance at the face-to-face conference
- Delegate’s bag
- Coffee breaks
The official language is English.
Simultaneous translation to Italian is not foreseen.

By bank transfer: please remember to specify the name of the workshop and all participants’ names on the bank transfer document.

Important: all bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated. In order to benefit from the reduced registration fee, registration and the relevant payment be completed by 18th June 2023. Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published.
As soon as the Secretariat has received the complete registration form and the required payment, a written confirmation will be sent by e-mail. For any queries regarding registration please contact: email@example.com
Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the online registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prior to 14th May 2023 – Full refund less €35 handling fees
- From 15th May 2023 until to 15th June 2023 – 50% refund
- From 16th June 2023 – No refund

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS
By registering for the Workshop participants acknowledge and authorize the Organizers the right to photograph and videotape delegates and to use such photographs and videos in any internal and external communication referring to the Workshop, such as on its website, or other publications.
