Registration

All participants must submit a completed registration form. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration. Please make a photocopy of your registration form for your own files.

In order to register please use one of the following methods:

   Registration fees must be paid only in Euro (€). 

    

   Registration fees can be paid by the following methods (in €)

   By credit card:  payment possible exclusively online through the Congress website with MasterCard / Visa /American Express (Diners Club cards may not be used for registration payment)

   Important

   Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated. In order to benefit from the reduced registration fee, the completed registration form together with the relevant payment must be received by June 30^th 2012. Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published.

   Registration cancellation policy

   ◦ Prior to June 30, 2012- Full refund less €35 handling fees

   ◦ From July 1, 2012 until October 15, 2012 - 50% refund


   ◦ From October 16, 2012 – No refund
